The below is a reference from the university of Oregon which will be operated from 2012 September. It is still in its planning stage and you can build something similar to this. Now, create your own global education ldeaders program.
Global Educational Leadership (GEL)—Hybrid Program

This report is to investigate the already exisitng programs for "Global Education" in the world.
Please list web sites and summarize the characteristics in English such as target level (undergraduate, graduate, requirements for students)
Suggestions for curriculum.
Structure of the report on “Research on Global Education”
  1. Find Global Education Programs available at universities in the world
  2. Characteristics of the global education program (objectives, student requirements, chracteristics of the program, curriculum, practicum, etc).
  3. Suggested Global Education Leadership program (objectives, target population, curriculum, instructional models, etc)

The class will discuss about the benchmarking "Global Education Leadership" programs from the benchmarking.

미네소타 대학의 사범대학 학위 취득시 교원자격증 취득
교양수업과 미네소타대학 ESL 수업으로 이루어지고 교양수업은 미네소타대학교 1학년 때 필요한 교양과목으로 학기당 15학점, 총 30학점으로 이루어집니다. 미네소타대학 ESL수업은 미국에서 학업을 잘 이수하기 위해 필요한 Academic English이며, 영어의 기본(Grammar, Writing등)부터 미네소타대학 실전수업에 유용한 영어(Presentation, 원어민 Lecture Class)수업으로 구성되어 있습니다.미네소타대학교 3년 과정을 살펴보면 트윈시티, 크룩스턴, 덜루스,모리스, 로체스터 캠퍼스 중 선택가능하며, 350여 개 학과 중 자신의 적성에 맞는 곳으로 선택해 졸업을 할 때는 미네소타 대학생으로 졸업하게 됩니다.
1년동안 경인교대에서 학습을 한 후, 2학년부터 미네소타대학교에서 학습을 한다.(미네소타대학교에 편입하는 형식으로 졸업시 미네소타 대학교의 학위를 취득할수 있다.)
대한민국에서 1년동안 총 30학점을 이수하며, 한학기에 15학점씩 학기당 5개 과목을 이수하면된다.
1년동안은 교양과목을 이수하게 되며, 강의는 영어능력을 향상시키기 위해서 50%이상 영어로 진행된다. 과목에는 논리학, 일반화학, 통계학, 교육심리학, 경제학개론, 세계문화사, 운동과 건강, 미술사입문, 생물학개론, 철학의이해, 현대음악개론 영화예술의 이해, 생태학, 물리학, 심리학개론, 문화인류학에의 초대, 지리학개론, 사회학개론, 인간관계와 의사소통론, 문학개론이 있다.
미네소타대학교에 가서 졸업하기 위해서는 120학점을 이수해야하며 대한민국에서 이수한 30학점은 졸업학점에 포함된다.
